Radiant Logistics Enhances Oil and Gas Expertise with Acquisition
Radiant Logistics has announced its acquisition of Foundation Logistics & Services, a Texas-based transportation and logistics provider. Established in Humble, Texas, Foundation has been delivering logistics services for the oil and gas sector for a decade, focusing on the global transport of hazardous materials, explosives, and oilfield equipment related to exploration, drilling, and production.
The financial details of the deal remain undisclosed; however, similar to Radiant’s previous acquisitions, part of the purchase price will be contingent upon the future performance of Foundation. The company will retain its original founders, Larry Earley and Cindy Jones, who will continue to manage operations, with plans to rebrand under the Radiant name sometime next year.
“We sought a long-term partner who shares our commitment to customer service and has a vision for advancing our business while providing growth opportunities for our employees,” Earley stated in a press release.
This acquisition follows Radiant’s June purchase of Cascade Transportation, a provider of time-sensitive logistics services based in Renton, Washington.
