Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, driver coordination, and route optimization.
- Ensure fleet compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards.
- Implement cost-effective strategies for fleet utilization, fuel efficiency, and maintenance scheduling.
- Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to coordinate transportation for time-sensitive and high-value shipments.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fleet management, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
