About the Role: Accounting Assistant
As an Accounting Assistant at EZ Freight Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our company. You will work closely with our finance team to manage daily accounting tasks, support financial reporting, and assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Handle the receipt, review, and processing of invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software, maintaining up-to-date and organized records.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements and financial reports to ensure accuracy.
- Support Audits: Assist in the preparation of financial documents and reports for audits.

Who We’re Looking For
